Welcome to VivoBark! These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. User Agreement

By placing orders on VivoBark, you confirm that:

  • All provided information is accurate and complete
  • You are legally capable of entering binding contracts
  • You will use our products for personal, non-commercial purposes only

2. Product Information

We make every effort to display our pet products (including toys, beds, feeders, clothing, grooming supplies, training items, and party decorations) as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings.

3. Order Processing

Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse any order prior to shipment. All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice.

4. Limitation of Liability

VivoBark shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages
  • Product misuse or improper handling by customers
  • Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

Our total liability shall never exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, graphics, logos, product designs) is VivoBark property and protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

6. Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in original packaging. To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service via email
  2. Receive return authorization
  3. Ship items back with original receipt

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of our jurisdiction. Arbitration shall be conducted in English.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where VivoBark is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
