Eligibility for Refunds

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • Certain items may be excluded (see Non-Refundable Items below)

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. You will receive return instructions and a return authorization number
  4. Package the item securely and include all original packaging materials
  5. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Opened food, treats, or perishable items
  • Grooming products that have been used
  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging

International Returns

For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
